This has happened to me multiple times in the recent past that my video files after completing any flight turns out to be corrupted for some reason, is there any way I can access these video files

Firstly, the replays are technically not video (.mp4) files, they are .replay files. If you wanted to “record” them you would need to either screen record the flight or the replay.
Secondly, corrupted replays are usually “gone”, with not much that can be done about it.
