The more full and long flights you do with landing the more xp you get

I also have that in mind for a while now, do you think we could change the XP earning in the Game affected by the passengers/Cargo transported all in accordance with the Time flown ?
I mean the more passengers and cargo you transport, the more XP you an earn along your flights if you see the idea
