How this plane can fly an approach less than 3000 feet, when the neareset airport is 40km away, and flying above Moscow not allowed, or allowed above 7000 feet!
Russian Pilots…
XD, the only thought is that Vnukovo airport was really busy, and ATC told to do that
Or maybe they we’re enjoying beautiful views and forgot about altitude and flown like that untill “Terrain, Terrain, pull up”
Why are you complaining? Planes land lower at San Diego’s airport than that! They fly right over the city!
Well, if the nearest airport is 40km away, that would be concerning.
Possibly due to some kind of emergency?
Looking at the sky looks like the cloud was quite think and low. May have been given authorisation to fly that low, to avoid it.
do you have a built in body altimeter? how do you know its 3,000ft? :)
True. Very true.
Flightradar 24
Often can provide wrong information. But that does look very low! Maybe a 777 - it has a long body, raked wingtips and that unusual tail?
So maybe an Aeroflot?
Maybe it ran into throttle cut while flying out of region. :p
Remember Kai Tak 😂
It was Utair
KSAN, but not Moscow, i repeat that flying above Moscow is not allowed below 7000 feet
Ahh, so it’s a 767
low and slow… the Russia way 2016
And I thought UTair was a great airline… with only one large airliner crash
Welcome to Mother Russia.
