How can new users be upgraded to level 1 or more?

I have been in Infinite Flight for a few days and I just arrived at the community, but I am still a new user. Finally, I want to join the IFATC team, but new users cannot submit applications.

You can achieve the necessary trust level through being active in the community, such as commenting, liking, etc
