How can I map brakes onto my Thrustmaster TCA sidestick?

I recently bought a new Thrustmaster TCA Airbus sidestick to connect to IF (and in the future, other flight sims) and I’m using Map Connect V2 to connect it. I’ve assigned all the axes (roll, pitch, yaw, throttle), but I’m trying to figure out how I can map the brakes, seeing that Map Connect doesn’t let us use a button to control brakes, but rather wants us to use an axis. I thought that maybe I could try to use a button to temporarily change one of the axis, for example, pitch, and turn it into the brake axis, then when released it would return to its pitch axis, sort of like a shift key.

i know i’m really bad at explaining stuff but hopefully it’s clear enough

Should just be rudder breaks, then when landing just rev thrs

Or set the auto breaks that automatically turn on when power is at idle and spoilers are extended
