Hello!

Error Code 1 means exactly what the message that accompanies the error says. That the account you’re trying to sign in with have not been used with the app before.

Your account needs to be connected to a Community profile for you to be able to use that sign-in method.

I am getting error code 1 also and I’ve signed into my community account but it still says the same thing.
