How can I check if my infinite flight account is Trust Level 1?

Hello and good day!

I’m not sure if whether I’m seeing things correctly, under my profile it shows “Basic” does it mean I’m on Trust level 1 or not? Please someone do lmk. If I am - I tried to apply for IFATC but it just says “Your Infinite Flight community account must be Trust Level 1”. Please someone help me.

Go to your profile > summary > expand > “Trust Level (basic/member/regular/etc.)”.

You’re currently showing as a TL1 :)

But it still saying the same thing…

I’m not really sure what’s happening, maybe it’s glitched

Assuming you got TL1 pretty recently, give it a bit of time to update. I’d wait at least 24 hours.

Edit: Nevermind. I see you got TL1 over 2 weeks ago. I’d send an email to [email protected]
