So Thomas Cook appears to be a subsidiary of Condor, or possibly the other way around. The internet did not seem to provide a clear awnser so I was wondering if anyone in the community had some knowledge about this.
They seem to operate as two airlines, but share a livery, at some points it seems they share an aircraft, like this…
So clearly they are part of a group of some sort. But if they share a livery, and apparently sometimes the same aircraft why don’t they just become one? Any info would be appriciated, thanks!
Condor was owner by Lufthansa for a long period of time but was purchased by Thomas Cook Group a few years ago. Now they are almost the same airline. Condor is more like a seasonal one with charter flights
