A few days ago one of my closest friends from my childhood and beyond passed away. He was only a few years older than me. I have so many memories with him whether it be sleepovers or just going for a bike ride.
We played infinite flight together back in 2021, and when he joined the IFC, he was even New Member of The Month.
As time went on, I began to become distant to him and we didn’t really hang out anymore, but hearing this news just brought back so much. It’s hard losing someone you’ve known for a long time, and just to have it be taken away so fast is just incredibly hard.
I dug through my camera roll, and found some screenshots of some flights we did together. So, here they are.
I will try my best to get the correct details but might get some wrong as this was many years ago.
This flight was from LAX to SFO I believe. We got on after school and he escorted me while I was flying. Training server I think.

Finding out the news of a friend’s passing is always tough and shocking. I am sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing your memories with us, it’s great you can look back at them and share them with us too.

I just recently lost one of my best friends from HS 3 weeks less than a year ago and I can share your pain to a certain degree (Grief is different for everyone on this planet). My dm’s are open 24 hrs a day for you ♥️
I am so, so sorry for your loss. The death of a friend must be unimaginably painful. I’ll be praying for you during this trying time, and I hope you know God’s got everything under control.
I believe God had mercy on him. He wasn’t really a follower of Christ toward the end of his life but he was earlier, and I know he still had it in him. He’s up there with God, I know it. He was a good kid, just made some bad decisions. He should still be here. It’s so hard to think he’s not still.
I’m really sorry for your loss. Losing a close childhood friend is incredibly difficult, especially when the memories come flooding back. Cherish the moments you shared, whether in person or in Infinite Flight because they’ll always be a part of you.
