This airplane was used for numerous engine tests. It has a mount on the side of the fuselage where they mount the engine they are testing.

I don’t know. I am sure you can ask Google. :)
It’s operated by Honeywell since 2008 and still in service.
GE has a 747 to test their engines, legend has it that one GE90-115B can keep the 747 testbed in cruise with no issues.
