I noticed that 4L/22R does lot have white runway boundary but a video of someone flying over HNL does have white outline on that runway

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, at this time, it won’t be possible to add the runway’s white edge lines while maintaining its non-precision markings.
A workaround would be to add white edge lines manually, but that would have to be approved by an Airport Moderator. I can forward this to the appropriate people, though.
