Lately I have noticed that I am hitting my landing and shut down times within about 10 minutes of the plan, last couple weeks been in the 0-5 minutes off the time with several right on the money. What’s the closest that you have hit the mark time wise?

I’ve been right on the mark quite a lot (satisfying I know…) - I’m always within 15 minutes though.
I hear you there, but what struck me yesterday on my flight is I guesstimated the ground speed and landed right on the dot for my planned landing time. Didn’t check the weather or nothing just estimated it based on what I was seeing from the day before and by looking out my window. As my route CYYZ to CYUL went right over the city I live in. I seem to have found my secret sauce so to speak for planning. Best is when I shut down with 90 ish ±5 minutes of fuel remaining, and still hitting better than stated fuel flow. That is more rare for me and I am sure you as well.
