When flying into EGLC the other day, I noticed this so called ‘hill’ just before the runway 09 at EGLC…
It is all flat around here, and no hills are present.
There is already a topic discussing this issue. These are caused by terrain elevations with water on top.

I thought this was different as it is with terrain as well, not just water
I think there pretty similar, possibly accidentally placed.
The London terrain seems to be pretty messed up anyways ;)
There is a road there in real life. Maybe IF was emulating that - but badly.
