Hide UI in replay mode

I want to screen-record my flight from replay mode, but I can’t figure out how to hide the map and status/time bar to get a clean shot. Is there a way to do this, or do I crop a shot?
*iPhone 13 Pro

Hello,

If you long press on the screen then the UI will disappear. To bring the UI back, you just need to long press on the screen once again.
