Could you please explain in more detail what your query is? Just the title isn’t sufficient.

If you’re using an iPhone X, its operating system should be iOS (version number) - not Mac.

I think what he means is that his ATC ops haven’t been updated yet. Seen the same issue with some people in this category, but usually it does count up after a while.

Hi ,
Usually my operation hrs as ATC used to get updated in my profile but for last 3-4 weeks i have to request to support to update hours of operation while using training ATC , currently i have 905 Hours but showing 639 only.

I refreshed it manually for you now.
Showing 907.

Thanks a lot , Yet i guess there is lag in auto update . Hope team can fix that

Happy New year, Sorry to bother you again, time and again i am facing this issue of auto update of ATC hours of operations Mine Hrs are 1115 yet showing 979. Please help and can technical team fix this issue.
