So Yesterday was Soar and Shore 2026 in Atlantic City, NJ. (Last years topic Spotting at the Vegas of the East’s Airshow! )
Last year I did alright, but this year I had a better camera, and the acts had better Photo Ops!
Starting the Event was the 177th fighter Squadron of the New Jersey National Guard. Also known as the “Jersey Devils”. They did a flyby after the Anthem

“Wingwalker Sam” with her husband Flying the Grumman Airshow Cat
Nathan Hammond in “Ghostwriter”, a Super Chipmunk with a B-1RD in the foreground
“Warbird Thunder”, a pair of T-6 Texans, in a climb in tight formation
a WSK-Mielec Lim-5.(the polish Built MIG-17 “Fresco”)
and finally a F-35B from Marine Fighter Attack Training Squadron 501(VMFAT-501, or Warlords) and the F-35B demo team all the way from MCAS Beaufort, South Carolina
I had to leave before the F-22 and P-51/P-40 demo but from the photos I saw it looked nice
