Help with Route from DXB to LAX

Hi! Just needed some guidance regarding my ultra long haul.
Yes:

  1. First and foremost, yes, I realize I can definitely just flight resume/leave and come back. If that’s what’s suggested, then I will do that shortly.
  2. I definitely haven’t gotten three speed violations and kicked out for somehow turning on VNAV which is the reason for number three below. 😅
  3. I have this 360 in my flight plan for about one hour, though would I, also, be assuming it wouldn’t be suggested to have it planned inside of Los Angeles Center’s airspace considering my destination is LAX. Or would this be acceptable?
    (I am leaving my iPad on and probably won’t be there by the time I’m home anyways, but just want to make sure!)

I would suggest using STARs

Sorry, @Saboteur ! Thank you for your time and help! I use SimBrief and most of the time I BELIEVE—to the best of my knowledge—that most of the time it includes STARs. I could always be wrong. I definitely don’t enable VNAV anymore, which would have solved the airspeed violation issues. 😅 Obviously that was the most simple, I guess it was just a force of habit to enable VNAV and of course I could have made the airspeed slightly slower than usual at a cruising altitude, though I guess hindsight is 20/20.

I guess my thoughts are that though I guess technically ATC (if I’m not mistaken can see that in away—yes, I am aware of Flight Resume, just to be clear.) can see that I am away I figured I just didn’t want to be in their airspace and have me kind of roaming around but in a 360 degree pattern all while they are controlling either way.
