HELP PLEASE! Jailbreak on phone but never isted om game! Bought several subscriptions!

My game closes after I open it! My phone is jailbroken but I have never done anything of those two together. I have also bought several online subscriptions.
Can this be undone any possible way from your side? (The team that created IF-G) and\if I update my phone to remove the jailbreak?

Unfortunately we can not assist you if your device is jail broken, rooted or modified from factory conditions.
