You have to get more landings so that when dividing your landings by your violations the number is more than .87.
Can you estimate how many landings I should complete?

You double as many landings as violations.
i.e 50 vios, then you need 100 landings.
In your case take 67 violations and multiply with 2 = 134

If I have like 8 volations, should I do 16 Landings then I’m Grade 3?

Look above, you should do another 67 landings to reach 134 landings in total. Then you’ll be Grade 3.
Also wait 7 days for your current 4 violations to fall off.
134 landings, you need to ensure it’s double the amount of violations.

Make touch and go, so you gain XP and over level, however you have enough violations and then have to increase the frequency of your flights to have landing and wait 1 week for your violations to zero = 134 landings !

Increase the number of landings by Touch and Go or by doing flights more often :) !!

You need 67 more landings.
Always have double as many landings as violations, and keep your violations count as low as possible :)
Any airport with 2 or 3 runways parallel or runaway that cross each other are good ones.
Try EHAM, there a couple of runways crossing each other there :)
