Hello! I was wondering if anyone was able to help me make a thread for a flyout event @ KATL? I am hoping to include multiple VA’s and would love to fill ATL with pilots to represent how busy it is in real life. Anyone interested in helping?

I know how to make one, I was just needing help because I have no ideas on how to format it and I don’t have any ideas on what I should include in the thread besides gate reservations. But thanks
No worries mate. I personally recommend taking a look through the events category at other popular events on the forum and take inspiration from them in regards to formatting, what to include, how to include it and how to make your event have a good attendance level.
Take a look at some events of some of the most active VA’s such as British Airways, Qantas Virtual Group (just to name a few), as well as other VA’s and VO’s, as that would be the best place to find some inspiration and ideas on how to format your event topic and to decide on what to and what not to include and how to include it.
