my subscription will be canceled on the 28th of the next month, i have already tried to recover my card on google pay and nothing, i have already tried to add another card but playstore refused, i am in despair and have nothing to do

Sounds like an issue with the Google Play Store rather than with Infinite Flight. Try contacting help on the Play Store or your card provider.

I already tried, but the playstore does not accept my documents to reactivate the account

Maybe it’s easier to make a new Google account and request IF support to transfer profile and stats to the new one
