Help, I bought a subscription but i think it doesn't work

Hi im new here in this game, i just a bought the 1 month subscription for $10 but i cancelled it from google play, but the eventually i have decided to resubcribe to the subscription because it had already been paid, now when i opened the game, the features that you would see is just like when you bought the subscription ( not the free trial we all know that has free trial like limited planes and area where you can fly)

And then i chose to fly the 777-300ER but when i pressed the fly button its just stuck into the loading screen and then it goes back to the lobby and a sign follows that says “failed downloading the aircraft, you account isn’t allowed to carry out this instruction” but when i chose the free trial airplanes like the A321 and played the fly button i actually got into the airport I chose KSFO (One of the free airports) but also when i chose a not free airport like RPLL (Manila) the same warning appears i also can’t seem to see my profile.

Now is it because i cancelled the subscription and then resubcribe on the google play? My theory is that after i cancelled the subscription on google play the game actually goes back into free trial mode and i have to pay $10 again? Well that sucks because $10 is still a big deal for me, i tried gettig the attention of IFS staffs but to no avail.

But well if i couldn’t get a refund because of their polices or get back my pro subscription then i got no choice but to give up then lol.

One last thing i also take so many long on loading screen when opening the game, the loading can literally last30 minutes to an hour to load so sometimes i give up playing haha.

Hi, i tried several times like more than 10 times but it still doesn’t work, i also can’t always do it since im always stuck in the opening loading screen like it takes me 30 minutes just to open a game, its a hassle

Reinstall it then and then press get pro And then more options then you can also sign into your account and it’ll ask to authorize

Not exactly sure what happened here for you.
Regarding your slow loading, I can see that you’re on PLDT/Smart. This is a tricky ISP that there’s a lot of issues with in terms of communication with out data center, so if you try another - it might be quicker (if possible).

Regarding your subscription and account status, I’ve done a few changes there to your account so it should hopefully work for you now if you give it a go.

Its doing the same to me were u able to get ah refund or was it fixed
