Help! Can’t fly

So a I got a level 3 violation for god knows what reason. There was no ATC or an aircraft in vicinity nor did I get any pop-up about violation.
I finish my flight and the stats show me I am grade 2 pilot now. I check my stats and it says Level 3 violation 7 days - 1.

I previously raised a concern on this but got no help. I request someone from the team to look up in this as I’m unable to fly expert server now.

Your initial topic was about Level 1’s, so I didn’t care much about looking at this.
But you received one Level 2 and another Level 3 on April 20th.

The thing is I never received any ATC call while on server nor did it show that I was in an active airspace. What can be done?

Could’ve been a staff member or a moderator/IFATC supervisor who reported you - they can report while acting as pilots.

How do I know who reported ?

When you see you get a violation it shows the name of the Reporter

That’s weird but then appeal the violation it’s easy by sending a PM to Appeals

Staff can also report people

On what basis? It’s not like I was doing something that was not supposed to be done on server.

I think because they thought you did something and something like a Bug of some sort that caused you to get a violation. It also can be you were not following the instructions

You can see who gave you the violation on your profile.
Tap your name in the top right, then “Violations” on the profile card.

Curious to know what exactly happened in this case when a pilot is reported in this fashion, don’t see this everyday :joy:
