Hello. i am experiencing some issues with my pro sub

So i have over 80 hrs on infinite flight on another account i completely lost because my phone broke. I have no way of retrieving my account. and my pro is still active with no way to cancell it. Is there any way i could get the account back via any verifycation. I can even receive a phone call. any verifycation of proving through logins and passwords though. please help. If there’s any way to transfer the data in a new account that would be very appriciated

Device: old: one plus 6 (completely broke) new: samusung a52

this case, your best bet would be to send [email protected] an email.
And add your old account name or last callsign staff will sorted it out.

Unless you’re able to access the subscription purchase receipt for that, it’ll be hard.

I don’t quite follow why a lost phone would matter here though? You change Play Store account with the phone? :)

the issue is that i forgot the specific email password i had just for the forum
