Heathrow spotting from 2016 - 2017

I’ve recently been looking through some photos on the USB sticks of the past and came across some good old times that were had around Heathrow with the the standard Canon DSLR and lots of planes. Here are a few from the vaults of '16 and '17 that stood out from the crowd. Some nostalgic 747s appeared from the skies as well.

Delta Boeing 767-332ER - N175DZ

Icelandair Boeing 757-208, TF-FIJ

Germanwings Airbus A319-132, D-AGWS

British Airways (Golden Feathers Livery) Airbus A319-131, G-EUPA

Scandinavian Airlines Boeing 737-86N, LN-RGC

KLM Boeing 737-???, registration unknown. I think it’s a 737-7K2, unconfirmed.

British Airways Boeing 747-436, G-BNLX ‘The City of Worcester’

Virgin Atlantic Boeing 747-4Q8, G-VFAB ‘Lady Penelope’

British Airways Airbus A319-131, G-EUPO

Lufthansa Airbus A320-211, D-AIQU

Good times.

the Delta one is my favorite. Great shots!

That KLM 737 is way to big for a -700. It’s more like a -800 or even a -900. Great pictures though.

Was that coming from LAX? If so, I spotted that on takeoff.
EDIT: Sorry, I didn’t see the part saying it was from 2016 and 2017.

Thank you @Vortex @KPIT @Hopperbolic - 800 it is!

@LilDreamliner Yeah I think it was coming in from Los Angeles. Lady Penelope was then scrapped. R.I.P and a pleasure to hear her in operation.

Oh I see. I spotted a Virgin Atlantic 747 going to EGLL at KLAX a month ago but I guess it was different.
