Hawaiian Airlines 787-9

I’d like to see this come out with a reworked 787. We are sorely lacking any proper Hawaiian Airlines aircraft in the sim.

I’d take it in the Dreamliner’s current state

The 767 is pretty current though! (Joking btw.) Still hoping but just like anything, it’s a work in progress I guess.

Haha, maybe ten years ago would the 767 been current.

Any updates? Considering it’s the second most voted livery request and a few live streams—including ReverseOps on YouTube—with live shots?

I guess this is a pretty cool livery.

I’m so happy that Hawaiian is now regularly operating the 787-9:)

Absolutely atrocious-quality photo but this is a picture I got of one of the first two Hawaiian 787s at Oakland back in April. This was shortly before they started commercial service, so I assume this was a proving flight or something.

Getting this would allow for proper long-haul Hawaiian flights to the Continental U.S., Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand, barring the addition of the A330-200.

Would love to see them operate the B789 on the SYD-HNL Route at some point!!

I’d love to see if someone has a “real life ” pic of that “lone” Delta 787-8!

That Delta 787 never existed unfortunately

I was using the italics and quotes to informally emphasize sarcasm, kind of like using air quotes in person-to-person conversation.

I am being sarcastic. There was a point brought up that there weren’t enough pictures and that someone was unsure of the mere existence of the Hawaiian 787-9, though you can see on planespotters.net that she (N780HA) has existed for some time.

Such a nice livery.
Hoping we get some news about it soon.

Yeah, I knew it was wishful thinking that we would see her in the Infinite Flight skies in the first half of 2024.
