Having trouble logging in to infinite flight from another device

I got a new device I want to use my current subscription on it. How do I look up the login credentials?

I’m sure a Moderator can help, but try this:

  • Go to google’s website and try to sign in, and hit “forgot password”. Once you get it reset, log into IF and you should be good to go

Not yet I tried reinstalling the app but I can’t do it because of permissions

Do you at least know the method by which you tied your account to IF? For example, I use my Google account, and can just log in on any device, Android, Apple, whatever, using that account.

Did you use Facebook or Google, do you know?

I used Google to log in on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A6

So, then assuming you can download the app, all you’d do is click log in, I already have an account, choose google and sign in with your google credentials.

As far as permissions to install, that would be a device setting.
