I tried using this software to see if it would work. It seem to actually work well. It’s called Droid and you will need Oracle Virtual Box to use it.

Can you actually fly though? Do you have to use the keyboard to control? I have Andy android emulator for the PC and it works well for when I want to do ATC. Not so much when I fly because the PC doesn’t have an gyroscope.
You can use your phone as a yoke.
