What is the hardest approach yall have done mine is Paro
Lukla, I was flying with my friend and came in too low, had to circle around and almost hit a mountain lol
lol not at lukla
I would say it’s a place where there is 0 visibility and really high crosswinds
i actually flew to paro from kathmandu right after it was a lot easier
Lukla. Land on the numbers or end up embedded in the side of a mountain.
Paro, you have to navigate through the mountains then a turn on final.
Yes I’ve done it fun approach better with the sids and stars
One time at Istanbul, I had to land in unstable crosswinds.
Mine probably the Toncontin approach in Honduras
Yes it seems hard never done it but looks crazy
Probably tonconticn or paro
Toncontin is insane
Yea, RWY15… insane I haven’t done even one S-turn landing to be proud off :(
Manang (VNMA) you will literally die
Leh,Daulat Beg Oldie (DBO) Airstrip (IN0003 in IF) Lukla,Paro,Cuzco,Innsbruck to name a few 😂.
Manang is deffo challenging with extreme high alt & terrain.
Airports I have landed are Lukla, Paro, Maderia, Toncontin, Queenstown, and Manang is the hardest of all.
Don’t expect a commercial airliner to land there - almost impossible lol
Yeah Maderia airport same thing
If you’re a windshare fan, St. Helena FHSH is just perfect for you!
