Hard Rock concert in the air

This isnโ€™t a trip report by any means since itโ€™s a Cessna 172 flight and I leave and go back to the same airport. Anyways, a famous singer from my country ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ด KAROL G was having a concert this weekend in the Hard Rock Stadium ๐ŸŸ๏ธ in Miami ๐Ÿ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Ž home to the Miami Dolphins ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿˆ today and tomorrow and I didnโ€™t feel like going even though I spend like hundreds of dollars on these flights for you guys but anyways, Iโ€™m a student pilot at the Palm Beach County Park Airport ( KLNA ) and I decided just to take my Cessna 172 I had there and take it down to the stadium to see the concert from the air it. So letโ€™s make our way to LNA to get this โ€œtripโ€ started!

Arrived to get my 172 ready for the short trip down to the Hard Rock Stadium to see KAROL G while my parents are actually seeing the concert themselves.

Departed LNAs RWY 03 with this view of Lake Osborne down below, I have a lot of memories tied to that lake, especially the park next to it!

Climbed up to only 3,000ft and we pretty much flew down south along South Florida making our way over Palm Beach, Broward and then making our way into Dade on your way to the HRS!

About 22 minutes later or so I made it to Hard Rock and my goodness is this music loud! ๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿ’ฅ but there is a Latin American concert down there so what did a I expect tbh ๐Ÿ˜… it was nice to experience the concert from this angle hood thing they didnโ€™t do it at Kaseya Center where the Miami Heat ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ€ play.

Another view of the stadium!

Last shot of the stadium since at this point, I was nervous that the tower controller at Miami International Airport ( KMIA ) would begin instructing me to fly away so I did that just in case but he didnโ€™t say anything to me which Iโ€™m happy with! ๐Ÿ˜€

Like I said before, im still training to fly this was my first time flying solo at night so obviously I didnโ€™t go well and it didnโ€™t at all! I bounced on landing when I made it back to LNA but I think im alright and so is the plane and thatโ€™s all that matters!

Parked my 172 once again and I made my way back home, overall I did wish I got see the actual concert in person like my parents but this perspective from the air was really cool and I wish I can do more of these when more artists go to Hard Rock. Anyways stay tuned for next Friday as thatโ€™s the day I go ( IRL ) from Fort Lauderdale ๐Ÿ๏ธ๐Ÿ›ฅ๏ธ to Los Angeles ๐ŸŒด๐Ÿ“ธ with JetBlue on their Airbus A321 but as always between now and the next time, see you in the sky! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ‘‹

Cool! Itโ€™s not free to fly a plane, but probably a lot cheaper than paying for concert tickets!
