Hard airports to fly into

I personally have airports that is hard to land in,

SFO when crosswinds are real…

Palm Springs & San Diego due to high mountains,

So I was wondering, what airports are hard for you to fly into!
Post why if you have a reason!

KNUC sometimes. The crosswinds can be brutal.

WMBT at Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. It’s the shortest runway I’ve ever seen in IF, and it’s surrounded by mountains. There’s a tall mountain at both ends of the runway, so it’s one of the hardest approaches ever. Can’t beat that.

If you want a shorter runway, go to EHBX before its removed. ;)

Try Madeira (LPMA) when global flight is out. Here it all comes together.

You might also give Paro (VQPR), Lukla (VNLK), Innsbruck (LOWI) and Tegucigalpa - Toncontin (MHTG) a go.

KASE is hard with strong winds. When they are strong enough, you may be blown into the mountains!

When global comes out you should try KGNB in Colorado.

Try KSBD 24 GPS via L35

KNUC has ULTRA BRUTLE windshear. I nearly crashed my A33F at KNUC.

KNUC and KSAN due to so many novice and stupid pilots out there at particular time. (Oh yes, novice may include ATC) If I want to land safely as normal then I need to divert to somewhere else like KPSP.

KNUCs 19KTS windshear is the most challenging landing.

Yeah, it’s going to 23kts or over at some point.

Can’t beat that in real life too

Former airlines that used to serve WMBT have all terminated their scheduled services LOL

An ERJ-195 will struggle to takeoff on that. I don’t want to try the 747, A380 or even the 757 on it.
