Howdy everyone!

In this post on this epic Monday, I want you to share your greatest moments from Aviation! This can be related to Infinite Flight or IRL!

I’ll start!

This year has had some of the greatest moments for me as a student pilot working towards my commercial license and an Aviation Enthusiast!

I’ve gotten to fly in the northern lights

Fly across Utah on a 7+ hour solo

Finally got to fly on the 737 Max for the first time

And I’ve been able to see many rare aircraft from both my jobs and Maui

Infinite Flight has also been a big part in Aviation for me this year. I’ve gotten to meet many people who love Aviation as much as I do through the community and in person! I’m also grateful for all the hard work the developers have done for both Infinite Flight and the community!

I’m also grateful for all the friends I’ve made here in the community over the last couple of years. I’m not gonna ping anyone because frankly, I don’t remember all their names 😵‍💫.

Mine all take place in IF and I’d say it’s been community events, meeting new people and flying with friends for me. (PS: Happy aviation day to you as well).

Nice post and happy National Aviation Day! I have a few moments in aviation that have stood out to me in life:

• When I had the privilege when I was little to make an announcement.
• Touring the Delta Headquarters Training Center.
• Being able to fly the A320neo this year.
• Numerous cockpit visits.

And of course, Infinite Flight!

• Behind the scenes at KMSP
• Doing pattern work (with a CFI, obviously) at KASE
• Helicopter tour of Duluth
• Ramp tour at KASE

I want you to share your greatest moments from Aviation

I’ll share some then.

1. I flew on a B747 when I was 2 I think. First and last time I flew on a B747.
2. First flew on an A380 when I was 7.
3. Did plane spotting at my local airport on a cold Halloween day in 2018.
4. This one isn’t good but flying 5 hours on an A320 NEO with a budget airline during midnight with no IFE (I don’t know how I survived)
5. Completing my first long haul (in IF)
6. Completing my first overnight flight (in IF)
7. Completing my longest flight (I think it was LHR - HND in IF)
8. Joining the IFC.
9. Flying into ATL for the first time and watching all the plane take off with minimal separation. (in real life)

-Flying my first plane, a Cessna 172 at the age of 12

-Now flying a piper aircraft as of yesterday (and above the ifc age limit lol)

-first flight on an a220, been trying to fly on it for years

-going on a ride along with JFK’s port authority fire dept in 2017

-first downloading infinite flight in late 2021 :)

1: Meeting so many community members through online and in person events
2: Getting invited to take a tour of a major carrier’s headquarters.
3: Excellent plane spotting this year including international heavy diversions and international trips.
4: Infinite Flight of course

1. ) 1st flight flying alone

2. ) 1st flight on both a Boeing 777-200 and 300ER

And maybe reaching grade 5 on IF 😂

#1 Getting accepted into my dream aviation school and getting the opportunity to pursue ATC as my career

#2 Touring the central tower at O’hare Int’l, as well as the Chicago Radar center facility

#3 Touring the last United 747-400 in Denver before its retirement flight

#4 Flying business class for the first time (January 2017)

#5 flying on my first B777-300er
