Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+
Operating system: Android 13 (OneUI 5.1)

My two recent London Heathrow flights all have glitch in jetbridges - instead of connecting the cabin doors with the available jetbridges, the system spawned a boarding stair. Worse I cannot cancel the boarding stair as the pax button freezed itself.

Other ground service (Catering/Cargo/Gnd Power/Pushback tug) works completely fine.

What gate did this happen at? It could be an issue with the airport.

It happened on two separate gates:
T5C Gate 561
T2B Gate 246
