Point of order; that was likely to Buzz Aldrin coming out of the LEM taken by Neil Armstrong. Neil as the mission commander had red patches on his suit for identification whilst Buzz didn’t.

For Neil’s decent there was a movie camera on a boom that was lowered after the landing to catch him stepping out.
