If Infinite Flight adds the Beechcraft, the backbone to Great Lakes Aviation fleet hubbed at DIA, it would be amazing to see this livery put in. Enjoy.
Love the 1900 loaded them for 6 years
Its a no from me I’m afraid.
I do very much like it but, I think the EMB 120 or the Saab has to come first.
Oooo! I really want to see this! It looks great, nice turboprop plane.
I do like it a lot though!
Central Mountain Air also operates them, I’ve seen them when I was at Calgary. Honestly I think the Great Lakes Airlines looks better on the Beechcraft than the CMA livery does.
Great livery, the Beechcraft would be a great addition to Infinite Flight.
I worked at Beechcraft in Wichita where this plane was built. Rode on them a lot. Great airplane, lots of head room.
Nice - we need this plane and other regional airliners such as the Saab-340
Awesome plane! Would love this in IF!
That’s one thing we can agree on ;) let’s find others
Correction: Great Lakes Airlines is not headquartered in Denver. They are headquartered in Cheyenne, Wyoming. However, they do have a HUB in Denver.
Great prop indeed! This would be a nice one to see with engine start. :)
Ever get the chance to see the Starship, David?
I actually rode on the Starship several times. We had an FBO in Tampa, so we would leave the factory field in Wichita, KS and fly direct to Tampa. It was a fun plane to ride in. Nice and quite. The range wasn’t very good because of the restrictions that were put on it. At the time it was cutting edge with the composite body, the FAA kept adding weight so the engines weren’t as efficient and it was unable to upgrade due to config. Awesome fun plane though.
Interesting to see you request something that isn’t related to Frontier…
Starship is a dream of mine to fly in. All of the King Air models and the Starship are among my favorite aircraft out there. Only time I saw one was at Oshkosh in 2015, but I only saw it on static display and missed the departure ;(
It’s sad to see the number of Starships still flying today. You’re very lucky, I’d do anything to fly in one.
It was really cool. They only built 52 or 53 and then stopped. They just weren’t received well due to the limited range. I think there are still a few flying though. I LOVE the King Air line. Flew ALOT on those.
There is a Starship housed at KDAL. I won’t say the FBO for privacy reasons
