Summary: This event will have either two or more departure waves, depending on event interest due to the limited gate space. This event is meant to bring attention to the Flathead Valley because the airport is small, but there are quite a few airlines, each with their own routes.
If you want to fly a realistic route, but none of the current routes sound good, feel free to message me and I will let you know about seasonal routes, rare routes, routes that this airport had in the past, the right aircraft to use, what private jet routes there are to this airport and other questions about routes

I will either be flying an Avelo 737-800 (-700 isn’t in game) to Santa Rosa or from Santa Rosa and will be using gate 01C or provide ATC services

I still need to make some changes but we now have gate assignments thanks to @whyevenbothernaming . There are no atc assignments because I don’t know how busy the event will be so I am unsure if we need approach or departure. I also think that I will control tower but only for part of the event so there will likely be multiple controllers.

If you want to fly a route that isn’t on the list, let me know so that I can change the gate assignment. If the event becomes busy somehow, there is GA parking that is used for small airliners irl so we will be able to use that if it becomes too busy

I will likely have runway 12/30 open during the event. It is a short runway that I will only use for GA aircraft or any aircraft in the pattern. Don’t file a flight plan that uses that runway
