I just loaded a flight at KDEN on the Training Server. The buildings loaded, but not the ground or scenery. I have added a screenshot for reference.
I am on an iPhone 11 Pro Max, running iOS 16 software.
Is this a known issue, and is there a way to fix it?
Have you tried clearing the scenery cache and restarting your device?
How do you clear the scenery cache? It’s been a few years since I was on IF, and I don’t remember how to do everything from a troubleshooting perspective.
Head on into the General page of your settings menu and scroll all the way to the bottom.
okay, cache cleared and phone restarted. Time to find out if this solution worked.
