I am looking to practice my designing skills for graphics. Is there any VAs or VOs or people that need a graphic designer.

G’day, you can regularly check out this thread to make profile pictures for people and make them all nice and professional looking, for VA’s/VO’s I’m pretty sure there are some lying around that would love to have you on broad with them as a graphic designer, just check and see if they have it as an available staff position or PM them and see if they are willing to add that role.
