So cant find anything about this but if you know feel free to link it.

Do grades mean anything other than 3 getting you on expert, 4, and 5, changing your color? Seems a little useles if this is all.

People are always striving to get better. Using the grading system, members always have another goal to reach. At least, that’s how I see it.

Ok so more status than function

Essentially yes. There is of course a reason for grade 3 as it determines access to the expert server, but grades 4/5 are as you said more status than function.

what do the colors mean like I see some people with green and others with white

It depends on their grade

White are grades 1,2, and 3. Green is grade 4. Grade 5 is the other color which is not coming to me currently.

Blue is dev maby purple mod?

4 is green. 5 Is cream. The other colors are:
Lightblue: Staff
Purple: Mod
