I just had a random thought, but what extra perks/features are you given access to after grade 3? Like what happens hat grade 4,5, etc.

For grade 4 you are able to sign up to atc expert server and have your name become green so if anybody saw your username or flight number in flight its green. For 5 all i know it becomes yellow or you can make the color custom. Btw did you check the dms i sent about the table

Yes, you can, you only need Grade 3 to apply for ATC on the Expert Server
As said here in the ATC Recruiting Topic.
To answer person’s posting question its literally just cosmetic, thats it.

You can’t, it just becomes a light yellow-ish colour.

Grade 4 is green and Grade 5 is a beige-ish color. No additional perks from Grade 3
