Hello, I was grade 3 in infinite flight and i took a break and have came back and on my infinite flight application it says I’m grade 2 but in infiniteinfo it says I’m grade 3, could any member of staff help me with this please.

Firstly, welcome back!
It does appear that you meet the requirements for Grade 3 so it’s strange that your account on your end is showing Grade 2. In this case, please try doing a short flight on the Training Server (just long enough to earn some XP) as this will refresh your stats and should return your account to Grade 3 on your end.

I have already tried this but still says i am grade 2, is there anything you can do?
Can you confirm that you are running the latest version of Infinite Flight (24.2)? You can verify this by opening the app → Hamburger menu in the top right corner → About → Version number will be on the left hand side of the screen.
Yes I am running the latest version
Could you give your device a reboot, then open IF again and check if the grade mismatch persists?
I have tried that, it is still the same
Can you send us a screenshot of what you are seeing on the main screen when you open the app, please?
