Grade 3 volation

Hi,

I would like to appeal a level 3 volation issued by @Zzzzz at LEBL. My callisng was AIr Europa 87.

I waited patiently im linie for over an hour. The controller gave me a command to enter the runway. As i was exetucing the command and entering the runway, a British Airways aircraft taxied directly into me, causing a collision on the taxiway/runway boundary.

The controller panic-reported me instead of the British Airways pilot who ignored the traffic. I followed every instruction perfectly. Please review the ATC logs and replay, and lift this unfair 7-day ban. Thank you.
