Grade 3 (Understanding the terms of ATC)

So basically… I have taken off and ATC instructed me too

Please someone explain to me how to do this process.

ATC would like you to add a STAR to your flight plan. Basically he said “please edit your flight plan to include one of the ATC preferred STARs at your destination airport”.
