Grade 3 blocked due to violations – Request for review

Hello,

I’m a paying Infinite Flight user and I’ve been downgraded to Grade 2 due to 5 Level 2/3 violations. I understand the rules, but I’m at the exact limit of the allowed violations, and I’d like to know exactly when I’ll be able to access Grade 3 again.

I already meet all other requirements (XP, landings, flight time, etc). I believe one of my violations is close to reaching 1 year, so I’d like confirmation of the date when I’ll be eligible again for Grade 3.

Also, I find it a bit frustrating as a paying user to be limited for so long without a clear timer or countdown in the app.

In your specific case;
You received two Lvl2/3 violations today, you have a total of 5 Lvl2/3 violations.

That still makes you eligible for Grade 3, once those two violations you received today expire and becomes more than 7 days old.

Hello!

It seems you received a Level 3 violation earlier today in addition to a Level 2. This means you will get banned from the Expert Server for 7 days (due to the Level 3). In your case, you will regain access to it on this date: 2025-04-22T09:16:00Z.

The oldest of the 5 violations you have in the past 365 days is from October 2024. If you do receive another one, you will be Grade 2 until that old violation from October is a year old.

Your title says you would like a review. If you meant a review regarding when you will get access to the Expert Server again, my message and Schyllberg’s will hopefully be helpful. If you meant a review of the violation itself, you can check out this topic.
