Saw a guy land right after I shut down my engines, saw that he/she was Grade 2 but on Expert Server. Is there something faulty in IF right now?

The person most likely got a violation while flying which caused their grade to go down.

Wouldnt that kick them out of the server?
No, when you leave, then you won’t be able to go back to the ES until you’re at the required grade.
