Hello, I just want to ask why does grade 3 require 50 hours of play time on casual or training, because that’s 45 hours higher than how much you need to reach grade 2, and what would happen if for grade 3 you need 30-35 hours?
It’s not supposed to be easy to get to Grade 3 and Expert Server. In my personal opinion, 50 hours is too low.

I believe it’s all about gaining the experience and professionalism the expert server demands.

The overall pilot quality on Expert Server would undoubtedly be worse than it already is (which isn’t great).
As I said, it’s not supposed to be easy to get to. The problem is the vast majority of new users just grind to it without actually learning the basics.

when I was grade 2
