I got my first serious violation on expert server, which is a level 2 violation after about 2 or three weeks of playing on expert. So what happened to put it simply is that I made an overall mistake in judgment, and not in the sim it’s self. I decided to go a flight and sleep for two hours by setting an alarm, which never went off becuase my phone sucks XD. Due to this I was wondering if I would be able to have my violation revoked. Of course I understand if I wouldnt able to becuase there isn’t really proof that moderators can see about what happened XD, but I do really hope maybe this can happen becuase it feels bad getting a violation ;-;
To appeal a violation, send a message to @appeals . You will need a replay of your flight.

The violation you described would seem a justified one, correctly issued by the IFATC controller. However, you can still try to contact us, the Appeals Team, and see what we can do. Sometimes, if there are appropriate/valid factors which we take into consideration, a one-time courtesy removal could be given to you. If not, it is always worth a try, as long as you are civil and respectful towards everyone (Appeals & IFATC controllers), as well as understanding the POV of every party involved. The latter is a general tip redirected to everyone, not you in particular, so, no worries!

Hmmm for some reason the arc controllers name is not showing up in the replay when I get the violation. Do you know how I can find out who it is?
No problem!
If you wish, you can just contact us directly, and after providing us with your identifier and most recent callsign, as well as your replay (the latter is a must), we can review all the info we’ve got in our hands ourselves, and try our best to give you some feedback. Contacting the controllers is always a good habit to receive their explanation as well in any kind of case, but in a violation-related case, you can simply contact us as their involvement is not always necessary.
If you do want to contact the controller first, though, feel free to give me the identifier (it can be found after clicking the three lines in the top left corner in-app → About → Upper left-hand corner; it will be an alphanumeric value consisting of 8 digits) of the Infinite Flight account where you received the violation so I can check who the controller who reported you was, and give you their name so you can PM them
