I was following atc instructions at vienna, and after a 14 hour flight I got kicked out of my flight for not communicating. I was following atc instructions correctly.

How was the traffic in that airspace?
It was really busy and i had to hold for a while.

You sure you were responding in time and following every instructions, because in a busy airspace the IFATC personnel expect complete compliance to the instructions manage that heavy amount of traffic.

If you were doing it completely right and following all instructions maybe the thing was intended for someone else.

I can provide you with a replay as well. I’ve been using IF for 5 years and I’ve gotten well used to handling myself in busy airspaces.
I absolutely agree with your take, as Thunderbolt said the Appeals team will ask for replay after you connect with them.
I can feel it because after a 14 hour flight one wants to land it and rest but then something unexpected comes up and you actually feel really bad.

Ideally just message me and wait for a reply. Since it is not even a violation and instead only a disconnect there is no point in contacting appeals.
