Google Play Error 2

Device: Xiaomi 10S
Operating system:Android

Warm greetings,

I want to purchase a pro subscription. However, when I tried to start the game, it showed Google Play Error 2. And I cannot purchase the pro. I tried to re-install the app but it didn’t work.

Can you provide me with some suggestions?

Hi there,

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing! The “Google Play Error 2” typically indicates a problem with your Google Play Store account or payment setup. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
1. Check your Google Play account
• Make sure you’re logged into the correct Google Play account.
• Ensure your payment method is up to date and properly configured.
2. Clear Google Play Store cache and data
• Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store.
• Select Storage > Clear Cache and then Clear
Data.
• Restart your device and try again.
3. Check for updates
• Ensure both the Infinite Flight app and Google Play Store are updated to their latest versions.
4. Reinstall Infinite Flight
• Uninstall the app, restart your device, and reinstall it from the Google Play Store.
5. Check your internet connection
• Ensure you have a stable and strong internet connection during the purchase process.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may want to try the following:
• Contact Google Play support for help with the payment process.
• Reach out to the Infinite Flight support team directly via email at [email protected], providing details about the error and the steps you’ve already tried.

I hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.

Hi there,

Thank you very much for your prompt reply.

I’m afraid even after I tried all 5 advice, the error is still there.

I tried the following things:

  1. Both Infinite Flight and Google Play are up to date.
  2. I tried to update and double-check my payment to make sure it’s up to date.
  3. Re-install Infinite Flight.
But unfortunately, the problem is still there.

Would be much appreciated if you have further bits of advice.

Bests,

Since the issue persists, here are a few additional steps you could try:
1. Clear Cache for Google Play Store: Go to your device settings, find the Google Play Store under “Apps,” and clear the cache and data.
2. Check Device Storage: Ensure you have enough free storage on your device for the app to function properly.
3. Try a Different Network: Sometimes network restrictions can cause issues. Switch to a different Wi-Fi or mobile network to see if that resolves the problem.
4. Sign Out and Back In: Log out of both Infinite Flight and Google Play, then log back in to refresh your account connection.
5. Contact Support: If none of the above works, you might want to reach out to Infinite Flight support directly with details about your device, operating system, and error message.
