What I normally do is look at Flightradar24 and find a flight that looks appealing and then fly that route

If none of the suggested routed interest you, you could always randomly pick an airport. Search a 3-letter combination as your departure, and same for your arrival. You could also go on FR24 or FlightAware and choose a random plane and fly that route.

Or you could do KSEA to PAJN, it’s a super scenic and fun route. And my personal favorite.
